I have made many inventors very wealthy. I am not going to waste your time or mine on ideas that will have little patent-protected or commercial value.
LITERALLY ANYONE CAN GET A PATENT
I am not kidding when I say, "I can literally get anyone a patent." And that is the problem I see with so many "Invention Shops." They tell you your idea is patentable, charge you to draft and file the patent, charge you for a fancy-looking but rudimentary market report, and then point out some people or companies that may want to license or buy your idea. Sure, you have a patent, but it has little to no value. I won't do that to my clients. Never have and never will.

At least three of my patents have been commercialized, generating millions of dollars in revenue. I have licensed numerous patents on my behalf and others. I have successfully raised capital for patented medical devices. My point is that I have walked in your shoes and know what it takes to make an idea successful. If I do not see future value, I will tell you. I will also tell you to get a second opinion if you disagree with me. I may be wrong, but I will never tell you there is value when I believe there is little to no value in your idea from a commercial standpoint.
